Several blogs, including this one, have mistakenly credited that first video to Michel Gondry. The actual director, Wataru Sato, contacted me personally on twitter to correct me. Funny how the internet works :)
Sato won 2nd prize in the Non-European Broadcast category at the 2011 Young Director Award (YDA) in Cannes for his short film Dad’s Love.
